Group psychotherapy is an invaluable and rewarding experience shared among the members in attendance. It is a supportive and useful tool in addition to individual counseling. I currently offer the following psychotherapy groups:

Adult Anger and Mood Management-Mondays at 530pm
Learn to modify and manage anger through use of learned coping strategies that include: Exploration of the inability to control emotions that affect healthy communication and relationships with others. Learn self control of thoughts and actions. Develop an understanding of your personal anger meter. Receive positive support and feedback from group members.
Anxiety and Stress Relief Group–Mondays at 630pm
If anxiety or stress is weighing you down, thisw group is a safe space to release, reconnect and reset. Learn practical skills using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness. understand your anxiety triggers and how to manage them. Practice grounding techniques and breathing exercises. Build a routine that promotes calm, clarity and confidence.
