Can I schedule a brief 15-minute phone call to see if we’re a good fit?
I totally understand the desire to connect before committing. However, due to the volume of inquiries I
receive, I do not offer brief consultation calls. Instead, I encourage you to explore this FAQ page, which
outlines my services, approach, and philosophy. If it resonates with you, I invite you to book your first
session. This way, we can get to the heart of your concerns with intention and care without further delay.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer both individual and group counseling for adults, teens, couples, and families. My services include:
Individual therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional burnout.
Couples counseling for communication breakdown, emotional disconnection, and repair.
Family therapy to rebuild trust, navigate roles, and create unity.
Teen therapy to support identity, stress, and peer/family challenges.
Group therapy focused on anger management, anxiety/stress relief, and accountability.
What issues do you specialize in?
I specialize in helping people move through:
Anxiety and Depression, particularly when it shows up as constant worry, emotional shutdown, or feeling like you’re drifting through life or “stuck.”
“The Drift” is that quiet, painful feeling that life is passing you by, or you’ve lost your sense of purpose, and cannot identify how you ended up feeling so low.
Avoidance Patterns, when you feel stuck, frozen, or unmotivated but don’t know how to break free.
Mind-Body Disconnection helping you reconnect with your body, intuition, and sense of groundedness.
Anger and Emotional Regulation, especially when suppression or explosive patterns are hurting your relationships.
Stress and Burnout, utilized for clients balancing caregiving, work, or high-pressure roles.
Identity and Pride, affirming, inclusive counseling for LGBTQIA+ clients navigating identity, family, or community issues.
What is your counseling philosophy?
Counseling is not a luxury, it is a right and a form of care we all deserve access to.
My practice is rooted in the belief that healing must be affordable, inclusive, and non-judgmental.
I meet my clients where they are at, with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to growth.
I don’t “fix” people. Rather, I walk with them as I help them rediscover their power, truth, and next steps.
I provide tools through homework and weekly check-ins. The real work begins outside of the therapeutic environment.
What’s your approach like?
I work with a combination of:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns.
Somatic and Mind-Body Practices to reconnect with your physical self and emotional truth.
Attachment and Systems-Based Therapy, especially in family and couples work.
Motivational and Strengths-Based Counseling, to help you move forward, even when stuck.
Culturally-responsive and trauma-informed care. This approach is always inclusive and always real.
Do you offer anger management and group therapy?
Yes! I lead structured group therapy programs on:
Anger Management with accountability-focused interventions.
Stress & Anxiety Recovery groups that combines exploration of unhealthy behavioral patterns that no longer serve us, emotional release, grounding, and psychoeducation.
These groups are powerful because they provide support and structure. They’re perfect for people who want healing and community.
