Ella Mae Gray, M.A., LCPC
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist I will work closely with you to develop new ways of thinking, challenge past patterns of old behaviors that are affecting you currently and keep you feeling “stuck.” I bring a wealth of experience in motivating at-risk and resistant individuals. I work with teens and adults, as well as family and couples counseling. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that involves your willingness to step out of your comfort zone to facilitate the change process from within. I value your input toward your treatment goals, and offer supportive encouragement to keep you moving forward.
A native of East Tennessee, I now make my home in Montgomery County Maryland. I am a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Troy University in Dothan, Alabama and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
